BluePrint for a Great Meeting - We all know intuitively what a great meeting looks and feels like. We also know too well the pain and suffering of a bad meeting. Designing and leading a great meeting is not necessarily about the conventional things we were taught – the agenda, overheads etc. It is about energizing and engaging people, creating an environment where everyone has input and is valued, where innovation and surprises emerge, and where the group is challenged to come up with solutions that shape the future. This 2-hour workshop is designed to give you some tools for improving the quality of your meetings. Learn six techniques for turning dull meetings into productive and interactive meetings.
